Lewisham College recently welcomed a wide range of universities and employers to its campus for the annual University and Apprenticeships Fair.

The event brought together Level 2 and 3 students from across the college, offering them a valuable opportunity to explore future pathways in higher education and employment. With representatives from universities, apprenticeship providers, and industry partners on hand, learners were able to ask questions, gather insights, and make meaningful connections to support their next steps.

The fair was designed to help students “Discover Your Future”—a theme that resonated throughout the day as learners engaged in conversations about career options, course choices, and the skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.

Current Young ESOL learner, Yahya Kasem said: “It’s a good event, as we can learn what we want to do after college and speak to different universities about the different courses they offer.”

Lewisham College remains committed to empowering students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their futures. Events like this play a vital role in bridging the gap between education and opportunity.

We extend our thanks to all the organisations who participated and to our students for their enthusiasm and engagement.
