Working at Lewisham College

It’s an exciting time to join Lewisham College, a leading college in the heart of your community.

Since 2017 we have also been part of NCG, one of the largest further education providers in the UK, which enables us to draw on the resources and expertise of a thriving national network while remaining very much a local college.

We have achieved excellent results in recent years, but we know that we can only continue our success, and grow, by recruiting and retaining the best possible talent. We employ staff with a genuine passion for further education and a commitment to ensuring all students achieve their potential, whatever barriers they need to overcome. Our people make a real difference not only to the lives of students, but also to local employers and the wider Lewisham community.

We offer a wide range of staff development programmes designed to enable the team to continually improve and refine the way they carry out their roles. In return for our staff’s dedication and expertise, we provide a variety of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, health and wellbeing support.
