Entry Requirements
Four GCSEs at grades A*-C; one of which must be GCSE English or GCSE Mathematics. Or successful completion of a Level 2 substantial qualification in a related subject - plus an initial assessment that indicates an appropriate level of English and mathematical ability and a satisfactory reference.
Assessment Method
Learners are assessed through activities that are internally set by tutors. These include role play practical demonstration report writing group discussion essay written question/answer

However this course prepares you for the C&G 7540 Unit Certification in ICT Systems Support and Cisco IT Essential I. At the end of the course you will have the chance to gain these qualifications. This course prepares students for the professional A+ certification qualifications.
