Four GCSEs at grades A*-C; one of which must be GCSE English or GCSE Mathematics. Or successful completion of a Level 2 substantial qualification in a related subject - plus an initial assessment that indicates an appropriate level of English and mathematical ability and a satisfactory reference.
Learners are assessed through activities that are internally set by tutors. These include role play practical demonstration report writing group discussion essay written question/answer

You will gain the underpinning knowledge and skills that could aid progress to further education or employment. The qualification provides you with a Level 3 IT System Support skills that could lead to further education in IT or related areas. It can offer those moving into higher level job roles the confidence to work effectively with ICT networks and deal with tasks that are straightforward or require routing.
