Aims of the course
This access course is designed to enable you to obtain the entry qualifications to apply for a place to train as a social worker/ nurse/midwife/ allied profession. This is achieved by allowing you to study across a range of relevant subjects which have been carefully selected to give you good foundation in academic vocational and practical skills.
Progression Opportunities
Learners primarily progress to Higher Education study in areas related to Nursing. These may include some of the following areas of Degree level study: Adult Nursing Child Nursing Mental Health Nursing Learning Disability Nursing* Foundation degree in health and social care
