Media, Sports Journalism and PR/Marketing

An exciting partnership between Lewisham College, Goldsmiths University of London and Millwall Football Club has resulted in two fantastic new courses in Media, Sports Journalism and PR/Marketing, available at levels 2 and 3.

If you are keen to pursue a career in sports journalism, PR or marketing, then studying for these courses could provide the perfect opportunity to pave the way for an incredible career in one of the largest entertainment industries in the world.

In the classroom, you will gain the fundamental skills and knowledge to be able to thrive in the field, with video, photography and other essential media production technologies integrated throughout the course. You will also develop your skills in communicating, working collaboratively, negotiating and influencing, self-presentation and management, adaptability and resilience, self-monitoring and development.

Alongside your studies, you will benefit from networking with Higher Education students at Goldsmiths and undertaking unique media industry opportunities with Millwall and other high profile companies, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sports media world.

Coronavirus update

Lewisham College is closely monitoring all communications and guidance as it becomes available.
