Learner Support

We want every student to get the most out of their course and achieve their qualification, and with this in mind, we offer support for people with autism, Asperger syndrome, dyslexia, physical disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, and mental/personal care/health needs. If you need in-class help, this will be put in place by our Transition Coordinator.

In addition, we offer a range of courses with built-in support for young people with high needs. These courses include:

  • Independence and Enterprise programmes in Creative Arts, Drama/Music and Gardening
  • Preparation for Work programmes in Catering, Performing Arts and Retail
  • Pathway to independence programmes
  • Vocational Tasters
