Lewisham College, along with the Department of Work and Pensions invited local people to a Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week on Thursday, 6 February. Known as one of London’s most successful Apprenticeship providers, the College set out to bring a range of opportunities to the public. 

They brought in employers from a variety of industries such as Santander, Pizza Express, Morgan Hunt, The London Fire Brigade and many more.

On the day, People flocked into the hall at Lewisham College to meet and greet the employers who were keen to talk about the opportunities their businesses provided.

In addition to the Fair, CV workshops and MythBuster sessions were available for people to update their CVs or talk Apprenticeships with career experts from the College.

Lewisham College is an ‘outstanding’ Apprenticeship provider with an achievement rate 14.1% above the national average. The College offers Apprenticeships in multiple industries from Construction to Business, Hospitality and more.

Coronavirus update

Lewisham College is closely monitoring all communications and guidance as it becomes available. This information is for students and staff and reflects updates from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Public Health England (PHE). We are prepared to escalate our contingency arrangements in the event of change.
