Aims of the course
To enable you to acquire the key skills you need to progress in the hospitality and catering industry.
You can progress on to further study on the Level 2 Certificate in Culinary Skills, Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills or Level 2 Certificate in Food and Beverage Service.
Possible career roles include chef or waiter in a hotel or restaurant, as well as a range of other roles in the hospitality and catering industry.
