To enable you to acquire pastry skills and gain a thorough understanding of the role and expectations of future employers, while giving you a choice of career opportunities
On successful completion of this qualification it is recommended that you progress on to the Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service or, as part of your study programme, progress onto L2 Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Skills
