You will be able to enjoy the challenge of matching a range of cheeses ? from mature to delicate varieties ? to different wines.

Aims of the course
To enable you to develop a knowledge of wines including grape varieties, production and the ageing process, and to learn how to smell and taste wine correctly. You will learn from our wine expert who has had many years' experience in the hospitality industry selling fine wines to clients in 4 and 5* star hotels and restaurants.
