Aims of the course
The course is designed to help you progress in the hospitality sector and to build the knowledge and understanding required for the related Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service.
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into employment or further study on the Level 1 NVQ Certificate in Food and Beverage Service or Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service.
