    Observation and assessment through a series of practical activities.

    Aims of the course

    The course is designed to help you progress in the hospitality sector, and to build the knowledge and understanding required for the related Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service.

    Progression Opportunities

    On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into employment or further study on the Level 1 NVQ Certificate in Food and Beverage Service or Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service.


    Fully equipped bar within the College's one-Rosette The Phoenix restaurant; theory will be delivered in our first class e-learning suite.
