Students with disabilities

This support includes:

• The College is fully accessible and has wheelchair access
• An Access Coordinator who can set up support for students with disabilities/additional learning needs
• A personal tutor
• A Guidance Team which provides educational and personal support
• A Jobs and Careers Centre
• Skills upgrade for English, maths and learning skills
• Mental health support
• Study resources, such as the Learning Centres and computing facilities, are accessible and equipped with basic study aids and some assistive technology
• Dyslexia assessment
• Specialist equipment, e.g, laptops, magnification software
• Classes with small numbers
• Practising independent living skills
• Trying out different vocational tasters
