  • The College operates two final salary pension schemes:
  • Teachers Pension Scheme (TP) for all teaching staff; and
  • Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for business support staff.

Annual Leave

  • In addition to the eight statutory holidays each year
  • Lecturers receive 47 days' annual leave;
  • Programme Area Leaders receive 35 days' annual leave; and
  • Managers and business support staff receive 30 days' annual leave.
  • Three days' holiday are granted for the College closure at Christmas.
