Is this course for me?
This course is a follow on course designed for trade union
representatives to work on specific workplace and union issues to
improve their skills in representing members.
What will I study?
This course covers the role of representatives in changing work
environments. More detailed work is completed on employment law,
equality, discrimination issues and bargaining issues. You will be
asked to complete a project of their
choice linked to the work place or a trade union issue.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to have completed the Unionlearn Trade Union Reps
Certificate Level 2 (Stage 1) course.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is carried out by the course tutor on evidence
generated during the course. The assessment meets TUC/NOCN
assessment criteria. Students meet regularly with tutors to help
plan studies and discuss progress.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
