Is this course for me?
This qualification will provide learners with the knowledge and
skills required to prepare and cook food to a very high
standard.
What will I study?
You will be required to do 2 days of work placement to enhance
your skills along with functional skills in ICT.
What can I do next?
This can lead to a full Level 3 Certificate in Professional
Cooking which will enable you to progress into employment or Higher
Education.
What are the entry requirements?
You will need to come to College for a short interview and short
test.You will also have a reasonable level of understanding of
Maths and English and have achieved a level 2 diploma in
Professional Cookery.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
