What will I study?

Patisserie and confectionary.

The compulsory subjects are:

  • Produce hot and cold desserts and puddings
  • Produce paste products
  • Produce biscuit, cake and sponge products
  • Produce fermented dough products
What are the entry requirements?

None

How will I be assessed?

You will need an interview and diagnostic tests in English and Numeracy

Level 2 NVQs in Food Preparation and Cooking (7131) and Level 2 NVQs in Food Processing and Cooking (7132)

Level 3 Diploma in Professional Patisserie & Confectionary
