The compulsory subjects are:
- Produce hot and cold desserts and puddings
- Produce paste products
- Produce biscuit, cake and sponge products
- Produce fermented dough products

How will I be assessed?
You will need an interview and diagnostic tests in English and
Numeracy

Level 2 NVQs in Food Processing and Cooking (7132)
Level 3 Diploma in Professional Patisserie &
Confectionary
