This qualification allows those wishing to gain knowledge and practical skills to work in front of house. The qualification covers a range of essential skills and knowledge and will enable you to gain confidence to deliver a high level of service.

What can I do next?

This course can lead to Preparing and Serving Food NVQ Level 1 and employment opportunities in kitchen portering, counter service and general food and drink service.

What are the entry requirements?

You will need to come to the College for an interview and a short test. You also need to have a reasonable understanding of maths and English.

What will it cost?

If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances, you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out when you apply.
