Is this course for me?
This course is for people who are interested in learning about
the skills needed to work in an office.
What will I study?
You will improve your general English in a programme which
includes grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking and
listening.
You will practise the English you need to work in an office
environment and you will also study numeracy and IT.

What can I do next?
This can lead to higher level administration courses at the
College.
What are the entry requirements?
You will need to have achieved Entry Level 2 in reading,
writing, speaking and listening. You will also be invited for a
sort interview and assessment.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is in various ways during the course including
assignments, class work and examinations. You will also have
regular meetings with your personal tutor to discuss your progress
and help plan your studies.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
