This course would suit you if you are not yet working in the
industry. The programme consists of practical and theory work.
What will I study?
This course consists of practical and theoretical study. The
programme is offered as a continuation from the Level 1
Diploma in Bricklaying

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to have achieved the Level 1 Diploma in
Bricklaying/NVQ Level 1
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is on practical skills and theoretical knowledge,
including short tests, subject assignments. There is an externally
set theory test at the end of the course. Students also meet
regularly with tutors to help plan studies and to discuss
progress.
What can I do next?
This can lead to Level 3 Diploma in Bricklaying, or Bricklaying
NVQ Level 3. This can also lead to employment in the industry.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
