What will I study?
This course aims to address and accredit a range of generic
skills such as communications, technical knowledge, customer care
and ICT that will improve service delivery to tenants, residents,
service users and employers and increase the value of staff to
their organisation.
What can I do next?
This can lead to the Level 4 Diploma and from there to
university study for degrees in Construction Management or Quantity
Surveying. Social Housing Organisations. It can also lead to
employment working on social housing repairs and improvement
contracts.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to be working in a relevant post with at least 2
years' experience, including staff supervision plus budget and
performance management. You may need to attend an assessment and/or
interview.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
