technical to a management role or vice versa.
What will I study?
This course aims to address and accredit a range of generic
skills such as communications, technical knowledge, customer care
and ICT that will improve service delivery to tenants, residents,
service users and employers and increase the value of staff to
their organisation.

What are the entry requirements?
You should currently be working in a paid or voluntary capacity
in a relevant post with at least a year's experience, possess a
good level of written and spoken English and some basic technical
understanding. This may be assessed by a test and/or interview.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is by written assessment set by the CIOB-CIH and
internally set assignments, reports and presentations. There are no
formal exams.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
