Is this course for me?
This is an exciting brand new qualification which will introduce
you to the world of business. Depending on the Diploma level,
topics will include marketing and sales, communication, business
administration, personal finance and financial services,
accounting, teams in business, customer service, responding to
change and success at work. In addition to learning about core
subjects such as English, maths and ICT the Diploma programme
includes work experience as well as the opportunity to learn about
business and enterprise by developing a business idea. While
studying the Diploma you will develop skills that employers and
higher education have identified as being important for success in
the world of business and education.
What can I do next?
This can lead to progression to a Level 3 Business course,
employment or an apprenticeship.
What are the entry requirements?
You will need to attend an interview, where you will be required
to sit a short assessment to enable us place you at the correct
level.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
