Is this course for me?
This course will develop your knowledge and skills of the
business and finance sector.
What will I study?
The course covers business, finance and customer relationships.
You will apply learning across work related tasks, exploring the
world of business organisations. The Diploma will enable you to
develop valuable transferable skills, as well as the skills which
can take you onto higher education. There are three core themes:
business, administration and finance. Skills such as teamwork,
creative thinking, self management, project management, business
communications and reflective learning all play a major part in the
delivery and assessment of this qualification.
What can I do next?
This can lead to opportunities for employment in business
administration, management and finance and to further study.
What are the entry requirements?
You will need a proven record of a high standard in English,
maths and ICT, with an excellent record of attendance, punctuality
and commitment from your school. You will also need to successfully
complete an initial assessment and interview.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
