Engineering Challenge
120 young learners aged between 14 -16 from local
schools, took part in an Engineering Challenge hosted by Lewisham
College.
The learners were asked to design and build a 'Mars Buggy'
capable of travel over a set distance and on different terrains. It
was a great introduction to demonstrate opportunities in
Engineering and to promote a new Engineering Link course open to
students aged from 14.
Some wonderful work was achieved and a fabulous time had by
everyone!
