Do You Want To Become an Apprentice with Fuller's?
The Skills People at Lewisham College are giving young people
aged between 18 and 25 the unique opportunity to take up
apprenticeships with one of London's most iconic brands.
Fuller's, a traditional London brewer established in 1845, runs
a network of over 360 pubs across the South of England and is
looking to recruit apprentices in conjunction with The Skills
People to its Ale and Pie Cadet scheme.
Fuller's came to The Skills People for help recruiting to their
cadet management programme, a trainee scheme where Fuller's look to
take on and develop managers of the future. The chosen cadets will
learn everything from stock control to marketing, bar and
management skills working at Fuller's Inns.
The Skills People are hosting a bespoke pre-interview training
day on 25 February 2011, where candidates will hear from Fuller's
and participate in an expert led interview preparation session
before going straight into interviews with Fuller's. The Skills
People will then support the chosen candidates throughout their
apprenticeships.
Pamela Rathbone, Head of Apprenticeships at The Skills People is
delighted to be working with Fuller's. She said: "It's always great
to be able to work alongside a prestigious brand like Fuller's and
offer them a one stop shop service for all of their recruitment and
training needs. Fuller's cadet scheme is a great way of getting a
foot in the door of an exciting and challenging industry - we're
looking forward to supporting the company and the cadets throughout
the process."
